Packlord Mirak vs. Jarrek

Mirak was accompanied by Sparky and his pack of three wolves and was squaring off against Jarrek, with his fearsome Maroken, two kraken and a hound. The pistol sounded and the battle begun. The beasts slammed into each other, and several beasts fell, one of the Kraken was slain, and Sparky with one of his hounds fell. Blood poured out of Maroken, singed from Mirak’s claw. The wolves slew the other kraken and flanked the hound which caused the wimp to flee with his tail between his legs. Mirak laid the final blow on maroken, sending him to the ground in a series of spasms.

OOC: I am surprised Mirak won that, with how the dice liked him. If the dice didn’t turn at the last second then would’ve been out of it.

Dr. Woombenstein vs. Sklipt
Woombenstein was accompanied by 3 dwarves harpies as well as a reptillian centaur. Sklipt was accompanied by 4 mutated plague monks. The pistol was sounded, and he Harpies took to the air. The harpies dove into the monks, as did the centaur. The harpy named Larry was close to death but did not want to fall down! One of the monks fell in a pile of blood from one of the harpies. The harpies tokk to the air and dove once again. Upon their dive they slew another monk. Another monk fell from a deadly poison, leaving a single monk standing, with Sklipt turning away from the field. The lone monk could not take the combined charge of the harpies, and it’s head was ripped clean from it’s shoulders.

OOC: Bad rolling on both sides led to a long match.

Varskik vs. Rig-twit

The starting pistol was fired, as both of the pack masters and their beasts lunged at each other. Centau-rat was wounded trying to eat the opposing beast. The small kroxigor made easy work of his prey. The flying Giant rat fell from two of Vin-Tip’s beasts combined assault. Upon Centau-rat’s second try he devoured his foe. The kroxigor slew another foe, and the other fell shortly after.

OOC: bad rolling in the first round but… the dice turned around.

Skrokk vs. Kralp

The pistol sounded and the beasts charged toward the center of the pit. Skrokk's beast makari sat back and fired his jezzail, which missed as he got charged by one of Kralp’s crustaceans. The flying scrat fell with a shrilling scream as it was taken down by another one of Kralp’s crustaceans. Skrokk’s Bobob took one of the crustaceans to the air and dropped it on another crustacean, killing it’s initial prey, as well as wounding the other beast. Bobob took another crustacean to the air and dropped it, killing it on impact of the ground. A crustacean lunged out at the snake/slave centaur, wounding him but not taking him out. Bobob went to pick up yet another crustacean, but it did not die upon impact. The beast struck Bobob back, knocking him to the ground in a pool of crimson blood. The wounded snake centaur sent one of the remaining beasts to the ground. Makari then put the final blow on the remaining crustacean and Skrokk was proclaimed the winner.

OOC: Wow, that was very bloody. The lineup for the next round are:

Varskik vs. Shkina

Varskik was only accompanied by three beasts this time, facing Shkina with his team of bladed dwarfs. The pistol sounded and they charged towards each other. Centau-rat was the first to shed blood, sending it’s foe to the ground. He quickly leapt on Speedy Squeek’s foe. The tiny kroxigor was swarmed by two of the beasts, which fell once the first beast hit him. Centau-rat devoured it’s foe leaving only blood behind. With a triumphant roar, Da Skink rose, as did one of the dwarfs. Centau-rat joined the fallen beasts with a roar. Speedy Squeak dropped his foe with a great display of blades and blood, which was followed by the dwarf that just rose’s head being slashed off by Da Skink’s blades. Speedy squeak then threw his last foe to the ground. Varskik was claimed the winner.

OOC: Very, VERY bloody. That was the best match I’ve done yet. Guys enjoyed getting up… a lot…

Dr. Woombenstein vs. Anonymous contestant

The pistol sounded and Dr. Woombenstein’s harpies took to the air, dive bombing at their foes. The harpy Larry eliminated it’s foe in an instant, with the noise of crunching bone filling the arena. Larry pounced on his next foe, slaying it as well. Harry nearly slew it’s foes with his viscous talons, ripping a limb from the fearsome cloaked figure, which was finished off by Barry. The remaining beast was surrounded and slain with the most agonizing scream ever heard in the pits.

OOC: Wow. That rolling was…. Just wow. Woomba won…. Big time.

Krisqueek the ruthless vs. Shakyl

Krisqueek, replacing Mirak, was fighting against Shakyl and three beasts, varying from human to orc. The pistol sounded, and they were upon each other like armour and flesh. One of the hounds was the first to fall, by the choppa of the orc. Another wolf followed, falling to the earth. Sparky struck the human, making him fall to the ground. The orc slew another one of the wolves, leaving Sparky on Krisqueek’s side. Sparky fell victim to the dwarf. Shakyl was claimed as the victor.

OOC: Ouch. That’s all I can say. Ouch.

Winnings are added for the first two rounds. Here is the lineup for the semi finals:

Dr. Woombenstein vs. Varskik

The pistol sounded and the beasts charged. Varskik fired his pistols at Harry, sending him to fall into the ground, and he joined the battle. Larry dove at Centau-rat landing right in it’s maw. The beast then fell to the ground with a talon exiting it’s side, which then ceased to move. Barry then dove at Speedy Squeak, causing the beast to fall. Da Skink made quick work of Carry as the lizard fell in a pool of blood. Speedy Squeek and harry both started moving slowly, showing signs of life. Barry dove down at Speedy squeek to finish him off, but met the spear of Varskik, who peeled the bloody harpy off his spear shortly after with his foot. Harry then flew up in the air, only to get grabbed by Da Skink, who then bit the harpy until it joined it’s beasts on the bloody battlefield.

OOC: Wow. Very bloody once again. Maybe I shouldn’t use red dice…. Varskik won the match.

Skrokk vs. Shakyl

The pistol sounded and the battle started, pack masters both accompanied by 3 beasts. The human slashed at Nelson with his fearsome halberd, sending it reeling to the ground. The orc then made short work of Makari after his deafening WAAAAAGH! Bobob then took vengeance for his fallen allies by biting the proud dwarf’s head off it’s shoulders. Shakyl cracked his whip, and sent a harsh snap at Bobob, sending it to the ground. Shakyl was then declared the winner.

OOC: Lucky whip attack at the end. This NPC is rather deadly… should be lessened by the headless dwarf…

Finals: Shakyl vs. Varskik

Varskik vs. Shakyl

The pistol sounded and the finals of the Marienburg Brawl began. Shakyl and his beasts seemed to be drunk, stumbling constantly. Da Skink got the charge, will his allies close behind him. Varskik’s pistols flared, and blew a chunk out of the orc, but it barely felt the blow out because of his drunkenness. Da Skink sent the human to the ground, with blood everywhere. The tournament ended without a single blow being struck on Varskik’s team, and the Orc’s head being eaten by Centau-Rat.

OOC: What an anti-climactic match… Varskik won the match as well as thr tournament.
