Your lab CAN be in Lustria, but it will force your time-debt to increase dramatically, as most events take place in the Old World. One solution is to have your lab in a place in the Old World, then send your first apprentice to Lustria. And Welcome. ~Morkskittar

Just tell one of us if you wish to go though on this.... it's fine, but will put you at a disadvantage. Just warning you...
