The match began with a neatral bystander shouting "Go-go!" As soon as it started, Vilepaw's beast (which looked like a hideous worm with a gaping maw) burrowed deep into the earth, leaving behind only a mound of dirt. Nikkit paled and backed up to the edge of the arena. Vilepaw grinned. The earth shook as the mighty worm moved.

Suddenly, the ground dropped underneath Nikkit's beast, Skig. the dirt became a massive toothed maw, with stranglevines from the swamps of Marienburg twining around Skig's legs. Skig raored and leapt over the mouth, landing on firm ground. Slither screeched and pulled Skig toward it. Roaring, Skig slashed at the vnes, but to no avail Slither's thrashing appendages prevented anything from making contact with the vines. Angrily, Skig turned toward the beast and screamed as a vine slashed across its chest. Bones cracked and blood flew. The crowd screamed, wanting more.

Growling, Skig Slashed at the inside of Slither's maw, causing a fountain of black blood the erupt into the air. Slither Shook, and Skig lost his balance. The Ogre fell into the worms's maw and vanished.

Vilepaw laughed, and Nikkit began shaking. Slither went back under the earth as Vilepaw got the tranquilizer ready. Slither came back up not two meters away from Nikkit. The Skaven screamed in terror and fled. Slither coughed and hacked. The crowd watched intently. What was going on? With one fainal wheese, Slither spat Skig back out. The Rat Ogre spasmed for several seconds on the ground, then lay still. Slither spat out svereal more large loads of spit before Vilepaw hit the beast with the tranquilizer.

OOC: Fear Slither. Geez.... congrats to Skig for not falling into the maw once it opened. Damage has been done to Skig (in Beasts), and if he recovers, it will be at least a week.
